Zucchini Pizza Bites

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Zucchini
  • PAM cooking spray avocado oil
  • 14 Oz. Pizza Sauce
  • Italian Seasoning to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni

Method
 

  1. Slice the zucchini leaving the skin on and place them in the airfryer.
  2. Spray with avocado oil and top with pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni to taste.
  3. Air fry for 8 minutes to cook and leave 2 minutes more in case you want them more crispy.
