In a bowl mix together the Cauliflower, Potatoes and sliced onions.
Add olive oil and spices.
Place the mixed ingredients in the air fryer at 380 F for 12-15 minutes.
Add the Ginger and garlic at the half way mark before it’s done.
Once done, mix the air fried Aloo Gobi in a pan and add some tomato paste, water, and cilantro to finish it.
