Air Fryer Aloo Gobi

  • Cauliflower
  • Potatoes
  • Oils
  • Sliced Purple Onion
  • Spices
  • Minced Ginger and garlic
  • Tomato Paste
  • Water
  • Cilantro


  • In a bowl mix together the Cauliflower, Potatoes and sliced onions.
  • Add olive oil and spices.
  • Place the mixed ingredients in the air fryer at 380 F for 12-15 minutes.
  • Add the Ginger and garlic at the half way mark before it’s done.
  • Once done, mix the air fried Aloo Gobi in a pan and add some tomato paste, water, and cilantro to finish it.
