Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon + Sugar Chips

  • 2 kiwis peeled and diced
  • 8 oz raspberries cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 pound strawberries cut into smaller pieces
  • 8 oz blackberries
  • 8 oz blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fruit preserves - I used grape jelly because I had it on hand and someone in the reviews mentioned using it
  • 10 8 " flour tortillas
  • Butter flavored cooking spray
  • Cinnamon and sugar to taste


  • In a large bowl, mix together all the fruit, the sugar and the fruit preserves.
  • Cover and chill for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Coat one side of each tortilla with the butter flavored spray.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar to taste.
  • Spray again with cooking spray.
  • Slice into wedges using a pizza cutter or knife.
  • Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • All them to cool for at least 15 minutes.
  • Serve together.
