Tortellini Soup

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound turkey sausage, ground and browned
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 48 ounces chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 large can or 2 small cans
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 bag tortellini, three cheese
  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook on low in the crockpot for 7 hours
