“Success is achieved by developing our strengths, not by eliminating our weaknesses.”  – Marilyn vos Savant, American Journalist

Do you know what your strengths are? What is it that you do really well? I recommend spending time identifying these pieces of who you are rather than focusing on what you feel you need to work on. Find ways to bring more of your strengths into what you do each day. This is a much more productive way of being.

You might be asking yourself what you should do about those areas you aren’t as strong in. Find people who have those skills and love to use them. It could be family or friends who are willing to help you out or perhaps someone in your community who provides the services you need help with. Perhaps consider trying a Virtual Assistant. This can be a very affordable way to get help with your administrative tasks.

Delegate out to others that which is not a good fit for you. It’s a win-win for everyone. Everybody gets to enjoy what they do, focus on their strengths, and it adds value to your business!
