Skinny Crab Cakes

  • 2 tablespoons of Green bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoons of Red bell pepper diced
  • 1 tablespoon of Chives
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
  • 8 oz of jumbo lump grab meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 Simple Mills crackers
  • 1 tablespoon of light mayo
  • ½ tablespoon of worcestershire
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon of Old Bay
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Pinch of sal
  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper


  • 1 tablespoon of light mayo
  • 1 tablespoon of dijon
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon of Swerve
  • teaspoon of paprika


  • To a bowl, add diced red and green bell peppers, chives, fresh parsley, jumbo lump grab meat, a whisked egg, crumbled Simple Mills crackers, light mayo, worcestershire, lemon juice, Old Bay, garlic powder, a pinch of salt and pepper and gently fold it all together. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Once chilled, drain all the excess liquid and form into 4 even mounts. Place them on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 225 F for 10 mins and then under the broiler for 3 mins.
  • For the sauce combine all the ingredients and serve with the crab cakes.
