Here’s a little creative fun for the weekend.
This exercise will help unlock your creativity by helping you gain self awareness and perspective. You will need a piece of paper and crayons. This is an energy drawing, so before you get started take a moment to think about how you are feeling. Choose a color that is appropriate to how you feel and scribble on the paper, making any type of lines you find fit your emotion: jagged, round, broken, smooth etc. You can add more colors and lines if you wish. As you continue really try to portray your emotions. Let this exercise guide you to an understanding of your emotions and how you are feeling. This exercise is a great way to work through the emotion that may be blocking your creativity and help you change it or work on your mood.
