Rosemary Cashews
These are so good! A great friend brought them to share at a class I was taking and I didn’t leave that night without the recipe. I just couldn’t. I made a special trip to Costco to pick up cashews the very next day in freezing temperatures. My family loves them too…that’s always a bonus.
Ingredients
- 2.5 pounds unsalted cashews
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon rosemary dried, or 4 tablespoons fresh
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Place cashews on a baking sheet in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 to warm them up. Melt the butter in a bowl and then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over warmed cashews and mix until well coated. I poured the cashews into a bowl, poured the mixture over them, put on a lid and shook them up well. Let them cool and enjoy.
