Ramen Recipe

  • Ramen noodles
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Minced Garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • Red pepper Flakes
  • 1 Egg
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Chopped Scallions


  • Start by cooking the ramen noodles until al dente and dry.
  • In a different pan mix the butter, garlic and soy sauce to taste.
  • Add a tablespoon of brown sugar and as many pepper flakes as you want, let the sauce thick.
  • Add the cooked ramen noodles mix and the egg and let it cook.
  • Top with sesame seeds and the chopped scallions. To plate, add more sesame seeds and scallions.
  • Enjoy!
