Ramen Recipe
Ingredients
- Ramen noodles
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Minced Garlic
- Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- Red pepper Flakes
- 1 Egg
- Sesame Seeds
- Chopped Scallions
Instructions
- Start by cooking the ramen noodles until al dente and dry.
- In a different pan mix the butter, garlic and soy sauce to taste.
- Add a tablespoon of brown sugar and as many pepper flakes as you want, let the sauce thick.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles mix and the egg and let it cook.
- Top with sesame seeds and the chopped scallions. To plate, add more sesame seeds and scallions.
- Enjoy!
