Quick Pickled Red Onions
Ingredients
- 1 Red onion
- ½ cup of red wine
- ½ cup of water
- 3 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Slice a red onion as thin as you can
- Boil some water and soak the red onions on it for about 10 minutes
- Combine red wine, water, honey, and pepper and refrigerate for about 1 hour until it gets very cold
- Add the red onions and enjoy
