Read Before Using Meditation
This session utilizes Brainwave Entrainment. Brainwave Entrainment, in a nutshell, trains your brainwaves to be in the state which is optimal to achieve your goals.
It should not be listened to if you are driving, using alcohol or drugs, or operating heavy equipment.
To use, find a quiet place, free of distraction. Make sure you are comfortable, in a chair or lying down.
After starting the session, close your eyes and try to relax. During the session you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible. It is important that you adjust all settings (such as volume) until you are 100% comfortable with the session before starting.
You may want to drink a glass of water before each session. Entrainment increases blood flow and metabolism, which can make you thirsty.
Introduction to Brain Entrainment
Brain entrainment is a physics principle, defined as the synchronization of two or more rhythmic cycles. Used in a meditation process, subtle beats are inserted into the audio to guide your brain into a receptive space for connection to the message and/or a space of “being” that supports what you are wanting to achieve. Used repeatedly, your brain will “learn” how to go into this space with ease, making it easier for you to achieve your goals.
For example, someone with fibromyalgia may not get the sleep they need regularly enough to allow their body time to heal (cells only heal when we are asleep). By listening to a meditation geared to bring someone into the delta brainwave state, where the deepest sleep occurs, you will support the body’s need for quality sleep; therefore, allowing it time to heal. Another example might be, if you are tired and need to feel more alert and have a stronger ability to focus, being in the alpha state is the best space for your brainwaves. Listening to an audio track that mimics this state, helps train your brain to be in this space and stay there longer, when needed.
