We’ve talked a bit about the concept of joy. But before we go too much farther, I want to ask you an important question. On a scale of 1-10, how good of a job do you think you do at letting yourself receive all the joyful things that life has to offer? In other words, when the good stuff comes your way, do you open up your arms and graciously embrace it? Or do you somehow have a twinge of not being deserving or worthy and brushing it off?

Or when someone gives you a compliment? Or when you are faced with a decision of whether or not to get a massage or a manicure or whatever you deem “nurturing”?

Make it a great week, everyone!
