One With the Wind

Go outside (weather permitting) and find a nice comfortable spot to lay on for about 5-10 minutes, Take a blanket if it makes you more comfortable, to lay on or cover up with. Lay there, close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Envision yourself as the wind. Blow through the trees and feel the leaves move as you breeze by them. Feel you strength as you cause a tree to bend just a little. Swoop towards the ground and blow through the grass. Swerve upwards towards the sky and move the clouds. Then relax a little and find an eagle to help take flight. Give it air under it’s wings so it can soar…..Find a human, or animal and breathe life into it…. Take a deep breath, relax, and reflect on how you alone, had influence/affect on everything you encountered as the wind…just as you do now.
