Nutella Sea Salt Fudge Recipe

Luke Brown (on Facebook)

Equipment

  • 1 glass bowl
  • 1 8×9 baking dish
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of Nutella
  • 3 Tbsp of butter
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, Nutella, and butter to a glass bowl
  • Mix together
  • Microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time until everything is melted, smooth, and seems to start thickening (I stir every 15-20 seconds so it doesn’t burn) I probably microwaved this for about 3 minutes total
  • Line an 8×9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with some cooking spray
  • Pour the fudge into the baking dish and sprinkle on some sea salt
  • Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours to set up
  • Serve!

Notes

*You can melt everything in the microwave, but you can also set up a double boiler on the stove and use a glass/stainless steel bowl if you prefer that method!
