Nutella Sea Salt Fudge Recipe
Equipment
- 1 glass bowl
- 1 8×9 baking dish
- Parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup of Nutella
- 3 Tbsp of butter
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, Nutella, and butter to a glass bowl
- Mix together
- Microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time until everything is melted, smooth, and seems to start thickening (I stir every 15-20 seconds so it doesn’t burn) I probably microwaved this for about 3 minutes total
- Line an 8×9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with some cooking spray
- Pour the fudge into the baking dish and sprinkle on some sea salt
- Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours to set up
- Serve!
Notes
*You can melt everything in the microwave, but you can also set up a double boiler on the stove and use a glass/stainless steel bowl if you prefer that method!
