Creating a name piece is not only creative fun; it is also a way to boost self-confidence.
For this activity you will draw your name in the center of a page of paper. Thinking of all your positives: traits, accomplishments, beliefs, hobbies, etc., use symbols to represent and show these positives, draw them around your name. For example, I like to garden so I may draw flowers around my name. Really let your imagination take over when doing this activity.
When you are finished hang it somewhere where you can see it each day and it will remind you how wonderful you truly are.
