Mexican Shrimp Corn Salad

  • 3 Corns
  • Mayonaise to taste
  • Sour cream to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Lime Juice to taste
  • Lime Zest to taste
  • Chili powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Bell Pepper to taste
  • Jalapeno to taste
  • Cilantro to taste
  • Cottage cheese to taste


  • Grill the cobs with melted butter, once ready, shave the kernels. You can also use frozen corn.
  • For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder and salt in a small bowl.
  • Toss the corn kernels with some bell pepper, jalapeno, cilantro, cottage cheese and the creamy spicy sauce.
