Mediterranean Salad
Ingredients
- 4 Cucumbers
- 1 Shallot
- 4 gloves Of garlic
- 1 Lemon
- Mint
- Basil
- 2 containers Of lactose-free yogurt
- 4 Chicken thighs
- Black pepper
- Cumin
- Sea salt
- Garlic powder
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Start by chopping the cucumbers, shallot and the gloves of garlic and add them to a large bowl
- Squeeze a lemon
- Add mint and basil to taste
- Add the lactose-free yogurt
- Season 4 chicken thighs with Black pepper, Cumin, Sea salt, and Garlic powder
- Cook the chicken thighs on olive oil for about 7 minutes until brown on both sides
- Let the chicken sit for a little bit, chop them and add them to the salad
- Enjoy
