Low-Carb Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- 1 can of chicken
- ½ cup of mozzarella cheese
- Seasonings of your choice
Instructions
- Open the can of chicken and chop it up as fine as you can
- Add the mozzarella to it
- Add an egg
- Add the seasonings of your choice
- Portion them out into little paddies and flatten them so that they get crispy
- Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes nd flip them halfway through
- Take them out of the oven and enjoy!
