Low-Carb Chicken Nuggets

Low-Carb Chicken Nuggets


  • 1 can of chicken
  • ½ cup of mozzarella cheese
  • Seasonings of your choice


  • Open the can of chicken and chop it up as fine as you can
  • Add the mozzarella to it
  • Add an egg
  • Add the seasonings of your choice
  • Portion them out into little paddies and flatten them so that they get crispy
  • Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes nd flip them halfway through
  • Take them out of the oven and enjoy!
