And then, before you know it, the new Sprout Online Magazine is out!
May my generosity blossom not from guilt but grace. – Amanda Fall Click Here to Tweet
Yes, it’s that time again. This month’s issue of Sprout is all about generosity. I’ve often heard that the best “cure” for depression is to do something for someone else. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in the perils of our own life when things aren’t going the way we want them to. This leads to a spiraling down effect, often very difficult to get out of. I know whenever I do something nice for someone, just because I can, it feels really good. There’s an entirely different vibe than doing something because I feel like I have to or doing something even when I don’t want to. The key is to focus on being kind and generous from grace, not guilt – just like Amanda’s shares in this issue. This space is where the true magic happens.
This issue includes a contribution by one of my favorite photographers, Marcie Scudder, as well as many other awesome creative individuals. This issue is dedicated to those impacted by Hurricane Sandy and Amanda is donating 10% of all the proceeds to the Red Cross. Make a difference + get your issue today.
