It’s a Big Sigh Kind of Day

big sighYes it is.

I’m in the process of cleaning up some pieces of my business and that includes letting go of a few clients. Once I started the process a couple of others left as well…it happens when there’s a shift in energy and I embrace that change.  While I embrace it in some respects, it’s also a fact that I really love the people I work with. I feel like we are on a journey together and I’m invested in their happiness and success. It’s just how I work so saying goodbye isn’t easy.

I’ve also gotten several new clients I’m really excited to be working with moving forward and I love watching my “family” grow…I love every one of them. That helps me stay on track and know, without a doubt, the decisions I’ve made are the right ones.

Still…

Sometimes, with a process like this, it’s easy to get my ego bruised a bit…to question what I’m doing…even question who I am. It’s hard when I feel like I had a really good relationship with someone and they decide it’s time to move on. It’s also really hard to tell someone it’s time for them to move on. I don’t want to hurt anyone, make them feel bad or inconvenience them and sometimes that happens. For those that don’t know, my business is primarily website services. I have to say goodbye to some as I’m stepping up my game big time and want to make sure every one of my clients is receiving the same level of care…a high level of care on their website. Some just aren’t interested in that level of support for a variety of reasons and it impacts all the other sites on the server so I have to do what I’m doing.

It’s scary for me to share this here….it’s personal and it’s business. And giving you a glimpse into this space makes me feel very vulnerable. I decided to share anyway because I know many of you are going through shifting in your own life. Even if you, like me, know it’s the best thing for you, it can still feel like the rug is being pulled out from underneath you.

Shifting is normal and the unknown is always scary but it can be exciting too. It’s exciting to see what the Universe has in store for us. It’s exciting to welcome brand new fun energy into our lives once the muck clears.  It can be empowering to know just how much faith the Universe has in you…faith that you can handle anything and a willingness to trust in the process.

If you’re experiencing shifting in your own life, watch for the signs that you are on the right track, that you will be taken care of every step of the way. Take some extra time to practice self-care…get enough sleep, stay hydrated, move (it helps with clearing the gunk out of you), get a massage or pedicure or something that you enjoy.

And always know that you are loved and divinely guided.
