Guilt-Free Steak
Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage, sliced
- Garlic powder or minced garlic, measure with your heart
- Extra virgin olive oil, measure with your heart
- Pepper, measure with your heart
- Salt, measure with your heart
- Soy sauce or amino acids, measure with your heart
- 1 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Slice cabbage into about 1/2-1 inch thick rings
- Put olive oil on top
- Season it with your heart (This is to make it taste like a steak)
- Cut some fresh garlic and put on top as well
- Put the cabbage on a pan and let it sear (with the seasoned side facing the pan)
- Pour a little bit of soy sauce
- Pour a little bit of water
- Flip the cabbage and let that side sear too
- Season the other side of the cabbage
- When finished, put it on a plate
- And enjoy!
