Giant Cauliflower Baked Tot

  • 32 Oz of Chicken Broth
  • 3 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Rosemary sprig
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 3 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
  • Dan-os original seasoning to taste
  • 3 Tablespoons of White Cheddar cheese
  • Garlic
  • Pepper


  • Start by boiling a 32 Oz can of chicken broth mixed with rosemary and garlic and then put in the cauliflower.
  • Meanwhile in another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, Dan-os original seasoning, white cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Then, when the cauliflower is soft, dry it off and then cover it completely with the mixture, put it in a tray and bake it until it is golden brown.
