Giant Cauliflower Baked Tot
Ingredients
- 32 Oz of Chicken Broth
- 3 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Rosemary sprig
- 1 Cauliflower
- 3 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons of Parmesan Cheese
- Dan-os original seasoning to taste
- 3 Tablespoons of White Cheddar cheese
- Garlic
- Pepper
Instructions
- Start by boiling a 32 Oz can of chicken broth mixed with rosemary and garlic and then put in the cauliflower.
- Meanwhile in another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, Dan-os original seasoning, white cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
- Then, when the cauliflower is soft, dry it off and then cover it completely with the mixture, put it in a tray and bake it until it is golden brown.
