Ingredients
  • 1½ cups kosher or sea salt
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl until well blended.
  2. Bake at 325 for about 10 minutes - watch it closely as it bakes so it doesn't begin to turn brown. The main purpose of the baking is to dry it out.
  3. Put into a container of your choice and mix well to break apart any clumping. The clumping is normal and can easily be broken apart.
