Greek Chicken Salad

Serves: 8 servings
  • 3 cups cucumbers, diced
  • 2 cups chicken breast, chopped (I used my favorite rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup green onions, diced
  • 1 container of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt salad dressing (I used the Opa brand Feta Dill flavor but will be making my own next time)
  1. Throw everything in a bowl.
  2. Mix it up.
  3. Best if chilled for 30 minutes or so.
