Bacon + Cheddar Deviled Eggs

We love eggs. Period. But deviled eggs are sometime special. I'm having fun experimenting and making non-traditional versions of a classic.
Recipe type: Appetizer
Serves: 18-24
  • 9-12 hard boiled eggs (I use 9 because that's what my tray holds)
  • ⅓ cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp stone ground mustard
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 4 pieces of bacon, cooked and crunched up into small pieces
  • 4 tbsp cheddar cheese
  1. Cook and peel the eggs.
  2. Slice in ½ and put the yolks in a bowl.
  3. Add in the mayo, mustard, sriracha, cream cheese, bacon and cheddar cheese.
  4. Mix together to the consistency you like. Some like it more chunky but I like a smoother texture for mine so I basically whip it all up.
  5. Spoon into egg white halves and serve.
