Crispy Air Fried Zucchini Chips

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 or 2 Eggs
  • Flour
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder


  • First, slice up the Zucchini, nice and thin.
  • Wisk up an egg ot two depending on the amount of Zucchini you’ll make.
  • Put some flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder on a plate and Panko bread crumbs on a different plate. One by one put your slices first into the flour, shake off the excess; then into the egg, shake off the excess; and finally into the Panko and shake off the excess.
  • Put the one by one into the airfryer and don’t let the edges touch each other. Cook at 390 F for 10 mins.
  • Flip them half way through and done!
  • You can serve them with any sauce of your liking.
