emotions

Many times emotions are what are blocking our creativity. This quick and fun activity can help you understand your emotions and help you recognize emotions in others.

To start you will need a piece of paper. You can cut it into the shape of a circle or draw a circle on it. Next, you will need to make several small circles around your original circle. These circles are to be faces, so draw emotions on all of these faces. Don’t make any two faces alike, and use a lot of detail to express these emotions. You can label the emotions if you wish.

This fun project can help you identify feeling and emotions. It can be great fun to look when you are finished and see just how you recognize these feelings  by sight. It is sure to get you smiling and your creativity flowing.
