Confetti Pork Chops

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Purple Onion
  • ½ Cup Carrots
  • 4 Celery Stalks
  • Garlic salt
  • Olive Oil
  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 Can of Water
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice


  • Chop the Red Bell Pepper, the Green Bell Pepper, the Purple Onion, the 4 Celery Stalks and the Cup of Carrots
  • Saute the vegetables in a pan with olive oil
  • Once the vegetables are soft, take them out and then seal a couple pork chops in the same pan until golden
  • Take the pork chops out and then deglaze the pan with a little water
  • Add the can of cream of mushroom and the lemon juice
  • Pour the mixture over the pork chops in an oven safe pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour
