Confetti Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Purple Onion
- ½ Cup Carrots
- 4 Celery Stalks
- Garlic salt
- Olive Oil
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 Can of Water
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Chop the Red Bell Pepper, the Green Bell Pepper, the Purple Onion, the 4 Celery Stalks and the Cup of Carrots
- Saute the vegetables in a pan with olive oil
- Once the vegetables are soft, take them out and then seal a couple pork chops in the same pan until golden
- Take the pork chops out and then deglaze the pan with a little water
- Add the can of cream of mushroom and the lemon juice
- Pour the mixture over the pork chops in an oven safe pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour
