Cauliflower and Chickpeas Wraps

Cook Time 45 minutes


  • 3 c Cauliflower
  • 1 can 15 Oz of Chickpeas
  • 1/2 Onions
  • 1 tbs Salt
  • Lettuce
  • Hummus

Caesar Salad Dressing

  • 1/4 c Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp Salt
  • pinch Pepper


  • Start by roasting the cauliflower and the chickpeas together along with some delicious spices for about 45 minutes
  • While that’s roasting, prepare your Cesar dressing. For that, combine Tahini with some lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper
  • Toss the dressing with some lettuce
  • Spread hummus on top of a piece of Pita bread and place the lettuce and the roasted cauliflower and chickpeas on top
  • Enjoy!
