Cauliflower and Chickpea Wraps

Cauliflower and Chickpeas Wraps
Ingredients
- 3 c Cauliflower
- 1 can 15 Oz of Chickpeas
- 1/2 Onions
- 1 tbs Salt
- Lettuce
- Hummus
Caesar Salad Dressing
- 1/4 c Tahini
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 – 1 tsp Salt
- pinch Pepper
Instructions
- Start by roasting the cauliflower and the chickpeas together along with some delicious spices for about 45 minutes
- While that’s roasting, prepare your Cesar dressing. For that, combine Tahini with some lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper
- Toss the dressing with some lettuce
- Spread hummus on top of a piece of Pita bread and place the lettuce and the roasted cauliflower and chickpeas on top
- Enjoy!
