Caramel Sauce

This recipe is for canning caramel sauce


  • 4 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch salt


  • Mix ingredients together
  • Pour into small canning jars
  • Wipe the rims with white vinegar to make sure they are clean and add lids and rings
  • Place in waterbath on low boil for 3 hours
