Bacon + Cheddar Deviled Eggs

We love eggs. Period. But deviled eggs are sometime special. I’m having fun experimenting and making non-traditional versions of a classic.

  • 9-12 hard boiled eggs I use 9 because that’s what my tray holds
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp stone ground mustard
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 4 pieces of bacon cooked and crunched up into small pieces
  • 4 tbsp cheddar cheese


  • Cook and peel the eggs.
  • Slice in 1/2 and put the yolks in a bowl.
  • Add in the mayo, mustard, sriracha, cream cheese, bacon and cheddar cheese.
  • Mix together to the consistency you like. Some like it more chunky but I like a smoother texture for mine so I basically whip it all up.
  • Spoon into egg white halves and serve.
