Air Fryer Aloo Gobi
Ingredients
- Cauliflower
- Potatoes
- Oils
- Sliced Purple Onion
- Spices
- Minced Ginger and garlic
- Tomato Paste
- Water
- Cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together the Cauliflower, Potatoes and sliced onions.
- Add olive oil and spices.
- Place the mixed ingredients in the air fryer at 380 F for 12-15 minutes.
- Add the Ginger and garlic at the half way mark before it’s done.
- Once done, mix the air fried Aloo Gobi in a pan and add some tomato paste, water, and cilantro to finish it.
