I know…this one hardly needs a recipe but it was so freakin’ awesome, I had to share!

Bacon & Pineapple Appetizers

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • bacon pieces cut in half
  • freshly cut pineapple
  • toothpicks or small skewers

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Wrap a piece of pineapple in one piece of bacon
  3. Stick the toothpick or skewer through the bacon and pineapple to keep the bacon on
  4. Place on cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil on it (this helps with the mess)
  5. Bake in oven for about 20 minutes or until bacon is done to your liking (keep an eye on it)
