10 minute Naan Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 ½ of baking powder
- ½ cup of yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- ¼ cup of water
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients very well in a bowl.
- Flour your surface and cut the dough into 8 pieces.
- Preheat a pan at a ver hot temperature.
- Flatten the dough with a rolling pin.
- Cook each flattened piece in the pan for a few seconds each side. It will start forming air bubbles, that’s when you flip it.
- You can brush with butter garlic, cilantro or you can leave it plain.
