10 minute Naan Bread

  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 ½ of baking powder
  • ½ cup of yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup of water


  • Mix all the ingredients very well in a bowl.
  • Flour your surface and cut the dough into 8 pieces.
  • Preheat a pan at a ver hot temperature.
  • Flatten the dough with a rolling pin.
  • Cook each flattened piece in the pan for a few seconds each side. It will start forming air bubbles, that’s when you flip it.
  • You can brush with butter garlic, cilantro or you can leave it plain.
